I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology. My philosophy is to help people lead better lives through increased self-awareness. I provide a compassionate, non-judgemental space in which individuals can explore and identify the concerns, issues and hopes in their lives. My approach is client-centred and draws on cognitive behavioural therapy, strengths focused and humanistic therapy frameworks, and incorporates positive psychology. I support clients to create change, make effective choices, achieve wellness and reach their goals.

- 13 years with Queen's University working with students and staff to provide counselling and workshops
- 1 year with CMHA (Canadian Mental Health Association)
- 10 years in corporate recruiting, training and organizational development
- 5 years as a Board Member with TALK (Telephone Aid Line Kingston)
- 2 years as a Board Member with Epilepsy Kingston
- 1 year grant proposal writing with Gloucester Recreation Development Organization
