BIO
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology. My philosophy is to help people lead better lives through increased self-awareness. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space in which individuals can explore and identify the concerns, issues and hopes in their lives. My approach is client-centred, trauma informed and draws on cognitive behavioural therapy, strengths focused and humanistic therapy frameworks and a number of related modalities. I support clients to create change, make effective choices, achieve wellness and reach their goals.
