About Me:

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can explore challenges, build self-awareness, and create meaningful change.

I work with caregivers, nurses, teachers, professionals, post-secondary students, and individuals in the early stages of their careers. I also support clients navigating aging, midlife transitions, perimenopause, and menopause, including the emotional, relational, and identity changes that can accompany these experiences.

My approach is client-centred and draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), strengths-based, humanistic, and other evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual's needs. Together, we work to build resilience, enhance well-being, and move toward goals and a more fulfilling, values-driven life.

My path to psychotherapy has been shaped by experiences both inside and outside the mental health field. In addition to working in health services at Queen's University, I have worked in organizational development, training, corporate recruiting and community organizations. These roles provided a front-row seat to the realities of workplace stress, career transitions, caregiving responsibilities, leadership challenges, and the many changes that accompany different stages of life. This diverse background enriches my work as a therapist and allows me to connect with clients from a place of both professional expertise and real-world understanding.
